Start to Finish: Bow Repair
Damage was full thickness requiring inside and outside repair work.
An access hole was cut on the inside of the bow.
The damaged fiberglass was ground away.
A vacuum was attached to collect dust as the inside of the hull was ground.
The damaged area and sole were re-glassed.
A fairing compound was applied and sanded to eliminate high/low spots in the glass.
An epoxy primer was applied.
The sole and damaged area were painted.
